I connect with my inner child through singing & playing guitar in the comfort of my apartment, belting loudly at karaoke bars, dancing freely at local concerts, engaging in heartfelt conversations with friends, creating a cozy home filled with plants, flowers and beautiful things, dressing in clothing that fully expresses who I am and how I feel, and using my voice fully and unapologetically.

My Approach

I hold a deep belief that all people are inherently worthy of love, compassion, and belonging. Through my work as a therapist in New York, I have seen how much of our suffering is rooted in toxic shame formed in early relationships and reinforced by broader systems of oppression. Over time, this shame can disconnect us from our innate sense of worth, leading us to internalize the belief that we are “not enough.” As a result, many people spend their lives seeking validation outside of themselves, through relationships, achievement, appearance, or material success, often at the cost of their well-being. This pattern can lead to chronic burnout, dissatisfaction, anxiety, and depression.

In our work together, I help clients gently unpack these experiences, identifying the core beliefs and protective strategies that once served a purpose but may no longer be supportive. While insight is an important part of healing, I am aware that insight alone is insufficient. To facilitate deep change, I employ modalities such as somatic therapy, mindfulness, parts work, self-compassion practices, and EMDR to support nervous system regulation, heal early wounds, and restore a sense of inner safety and self-trust. My intention is to help clients cultivate an embodied sense of self-worth and radical self-acceptance, so they can move through life with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity, ultimately coming home to themselves.

I offer a thoughtfully held, intimate space for deep healing, where the therapeutic relationship is central to the work. Clients are welcomed in their wholeness, every part, including those that feel tender, complex, or deeply protected. These parts are met with attuned presence, compassion and care. This level of safety and acceptance allows meaningful, lasting transformation to unfold.

Having been fortunate to experience therapy from a young age, I deeply appreciate its profound impact as a safe haven for processing emotions. My own childhood experiences and role within my family system have shaped me into an empathetic caretaker. Becoming a therapist was a natural fit that has turned into an unwavering passion.

With a decade of rich clinical experience in New York city, I embody the dual perspectives of both therapist and client, having spent many transformative years on the receiving end of therapy. I passionately believe that my commitment to self-care and personal growth enables me to show up authentically for my clients, ultimately enhancing my effectiveness as a compassionate healer. For me, being a therapist is a profound privilege, an intimate journey in which I walk alongside individuals through their darkest moments, gently guiding them toward the light of hope and healing.
